Tie Food

The food is always good, with substantial portions. Their customer service is truly exceptional! Due to some phone network issues, the delivery person was unable to get ahold of me despite many attempts and had to send the food back to Tie Food. When I contacted the restaurant about this issue, they were so nice and said even though the original order was still there and warm they wanted to send me a fresh order. They did this promptly and were very patient over the phone as well. Would definitely recommend ordering from here! Thank you so much Tie Food!

I wanted tor try something different. I like Thai food but sometimes it is too spicy for me to fully enjoy the flavors. This dinner and Thai Tea was the best I ever! The spring rolls were hot, crunchy and perfect. I ordered Thai Tea for the first time. Something told me to order two. Their Thai Tea blew my mind. My entry was perfect. Loaded with meat noodles and perfectly seasoned Thai magic. I will order each item on this menu before long. Tie Food "Killed It"

Restaurant was excellent! The food was piping hot! As if I was eating at the actual restaurant fresh from the kitchen! Excellent size portions for the price they charge! Decent prices! The delivery driver was excellent very friendly and the food actually arrived about 30 minutes before the actual time that was estimated on the grubhub tracker. Authentic food for amazing prices couldn't beat it! I give it 10 stars

Amazing food ! Delivery was here before the actual arrival time! Everything was delicious! They provided silverware chopsticks etc and food was hot like it was freshly served as if I would have ate at a restaurant thank you guys! Best Thai food delivery service in east Oakland forsure!

The fried chicken over fried rice was yummy and it went well with Thai Ice Tea. Good price. No minimum purchase. Low delivery fee. The estimated delivery was 40 min but it actually came in 20. Overall great experience.
